About the Author:

My name is Harry Dauz and I’ve a work experience in accounting of 25 years.
Currently I work as Head Accountnat and GDPR officer for a pharmaceutical company.

  • Certified Public Accountant (2018)
  • Certified Payroll Accountant (2018)
  • QC-Certificate ISO 9001 – Financial Accounting (2017)
  • Tax Specialist (2016)

I started out 25 years ago first as accounant for accounts payable and later on as accountant for accounts receivable. After that I worked in HR-Management and payroll accounting. After having worked in the accounting field in the United States for 12 years and returning back to Austria, I was responsible for the Management of High Risk Outstanding Debts, while working on my certification to become a certified public accountant.
After having finished the certification process as public accountant one of my work goals has been to establish accounting standards that reflect todays state of the art IT-standards and represent modern financial auditing tools as well. When dealing with the GDPR I had to establish the same hight standards in all GDPR matters, focusing on following the established rules and at the same time creating a “non-nonsense” approach regarding the documentation requirements without causing a administrative meltdown.
